LOCK SYSTEM |

BOTTOM CUP :
Made from 48.3mm diameter x 3.2mm thick high grade steel tube,
all standards incorporate lower fixed cups at 0.5m intervals.
Captive rotating top cups secure up to 4 components. The
lowest bottom cup joint is 80mm from the base of the standard
to give the scaffold improved structural strength, and reduce
the need for base bracing in support structures. Vertical
connection is made by means of a spigot 150mm long (included),
incorporating a provision for a locking pin if required. All
Cuplok standards are manufactured from higher grade steel tube
(with a yield stress of 480 N/mm2). |

BOTTOM CUP :All Ledgers / Transoms incorporate symmetrical forged blade
ends for simple erection and complete interchangeability in
support structures. They locate in the bottom cups of the
standards. Can also be used as guardrails. |
